We tried this location and all I can say is the food is good, service is good, and the restaurant is clean! When we walked in, it was very spacious, and there was no wait. The sauce bar and table were clean. We got the lunch special, and we enjoyed the food.

Holy amazeballs! This Hai Di Lao is THEEEE BEST location I have ever been to. Their service is top notch. Their cleanliness is stellar, but their ambiance is unmatched. I've been to all the ones in Washington, Northern California and a couple down in Southern California, but this one is the actual best! Do yourself a favor and come to this place. Make a reservation and also let them know if you are celebrating anything because they will treat you right! The sauce bar is great, so make your favorite sauces. I feel like they stock it up really nice! But kudos to this location because I am blown away by the experience I get when I'm here.

We made a reservation at Haidilao Hotpot in the Puente Hills Mall two days in advance and visited at 4 PM on Saturday. The host was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us and offered to take photos upon our arrival. Then, she brought us to our well-prepared table, which was decorated with a birthday theme since it was someone's birthday in our group. It was really cute, with rubber ducks and all the lucky word signs. We ordered the $49.99 per person All-You-Can-Eat hotpot. We chose four different soup bases: Tomato Soup, Pork Stomach & Chicken Soup, Spicy Beef Tallow Soup, and Miso Soup. They all tasted good, but I personally loved the Spicy Beef Tallow Soup. For the meat, I especially enjoyed their Angus Ribeye Cap, Angus Premium Fatty Beef Brisket, and Angel Shrimp. We also ordered Lotus Root Slices, Black Fungus, Spinach, Winter Melon, Crown Daisy, Napa Cabbage, and Mushrooms; they were all fresh. They also provided a sauce bar and snack bar. The chefs preparing the noodles were really skillful and fun to watch. The service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and friendly. At the end of dinner, they sent us a complimentary birthday cake and sang and danced for us. It was so lively and fun! We all had a fabulous time dining at Haidilao Hotpot in the City of Industry and definitely recommend it to my friends.

Delicious! The spicy soup base is actually quite spicy. Brought my mom to try hot pot and she enjoyed it, she can be very picky.
